About us
Bearing one another's burdens - teaching together, learning together, growing together...
Our Mission
These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.
-Deuteronomy 6:6-7
CHHC is passionate about following Christ completely and training up the next generation in the ways of Christ. It is CHHS’s desire to equip and encourage your family in the knowledge of God’s Word as we learn how to live a life set apart for the purposes of His Kingdom. We will bear one another’s burdens, cultivate friendships, learn together, and grow together. We hope you will join us in getting this community started!
Who We Are
Christian Heritage Homeschool Cooperative (CHHC) is a Christ-centered homeschool co-op based in Southeast Tucson. As a “threefold cord is not quickly broken”, we come together pooling our skills, talents, knowledge and resources to strengthen and enrich the education of our children and each other. We desire to build a community of homeschool families that will bear one another’s burdens and equip families to be set apart for the purposes of the Kingdom of Heaven.

The Bible, In its original writing, is the inspired, inerrant and infallible written Word of God that speaks with the ultimate authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind. It is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21)
God is eternally existing in three distinct and unified persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Revelation 1:8; 1 Peter 1:2)
Although originally created in the image of God, through the disobedience of Adam, man fell into a sinful and spiritually impotent state, totally unable to justify himself before God (Genesis 1:26; Romans 3:23).
Jesus Christ is the express image of the invisible God, which is to say He is God in the flesh; that He became man, yet without sin, being conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary; that He died on the cross as a propitiation for sin; that He arose from the dead in the body in which He was crucified; that He ascended into heaven in that body glorified, where He is now, our interceding High Priest; and that He will return again personally, visibly, and gloriously. (John 1:1-2, 14; 2 Corinthians 5:21)
Salvation is wholly of God, by grace. That God, in love, gave His Son to die on the cross for sin, thus purchasing the redemption of those who believe on Him. This salvation is not merited in any way by man; however, God commands men everywhere to repent of sin and believe in Christ, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10)
While walking in good works and as a part of our good works, Christ followers are called to love one another as Jesus does in spirit, truth, and deed (John 13:34-35; 1 John 4:20)
God, the creator of the universe, created a perfect order in all things. From the Stars to MarriageMarriage Marriage has been established by the Creator; it is therefore not a humanly devised institution. It existed from the beginning, as Jesus himself defined the origin and essence of marriage. Jesus said, "Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh?” (Matthew 19:4-5) , from Cherubim to biological identitybiological identity God created “male and female” in his image. There is a great deal of confusion regarding gender due to the growing transgender movement, but God’s Word brings needed clarity and simplicity to this issue. We do not have the authority to redefine and ignore what God has created and ordained., all things have a purpose and express His unfathomable wisdom. As mankind departs from this order, the wrath of God is revealed (Romans 1:18-32).
